Sr. Regional Business Manager / Divisoinal Sales Manager
"Job Description – RBM/ DBM/ BDM (2nd Line) ? To achieve assigned region business objective/Target (sales, collection, growth & PCPM) individually and through team and work as Profit Center Head. ? To monitor the secondary Sales and Inventory of respective HQ at every month. ? To monitor the Customers (Doctors & Chemist) Coverage by the Marketing Executives with the required call average, supervising customer service operations for rendering & achieving quality services, providing first line customer support by answering queries & resolving their issues. ? To do fieldwork in the entire region to identify new markets and opportunities. ? Assess client’s needs and present suitable promoted products ? Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis ? Ensure that all brands contribute to growth & sales objectives. ? Ensure all Areas in the region are meeting the sales objectives. ? Manage distribution channel in the Region and ensure that adequate inventories are maintained at every level. ? Lead the team to achieve the organizational objectives through proper goal setting, guidance, motivation & coaching of the sales executives wherever necessary. ? Develop a set of key opinion leaders in the region and create a good business relationship with these customers to maximize sales output. ? To conduct monthly review of team wise performance and to inculcate business development skills amongst team members of the region. ? Create awareness of products, conduct training and seminars for clients and sales team. ? Excellent presentation skills and intimate contacts with local business associations. ? Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified region."
