"Reporting to HOD, Supervises : Executives/Senior Executives (Team Size – 5 - 10) 1) Meeting Doctors, Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), Hospitals, Institutions for business leads. 2) Test Promotions to Doctors and Specialists (Including Hospitals, Laboratory, Govt Institutions). 3) Preparing COE and execution of the same as per the schedule 4) Handling team and their Daily call average and coverage report analysis 5) Implementing marketing strategies in the field 6) Coaching,Training Helping Team to achieve the objectives 7) Building Product concept,USP Selling and enabling the positioning of Company as Pathologist Specialist, Installing the Customer Centricity, and self discipline to respond to seniors Instruction and Guidance 8) Receivables management and debtors days average monitoring 9) Supporting activities for New PSC (Patient Service Center), DBP (Doctor’s Bleeding Point), APSC (Associate PSC). 10) Meeting assigned targets for self and team 11) CME (Continuous Medical Education) Plan and Execution"
